The fast development of the web and similar providers is altering the way in which we paintings, act, or even imagine in a way that a long way exceeds the prediction set through ?eld specialists no longer some time past. it's now universal trust that the web and its a variety of purposes masking either home equipment and software program items will play an more and more very important position in everybody’s day-by-day lives. it's also our powerful trust that the significance of the collaborative learn and improvement e?orts concentrating on the net between academia, undefined, and regulating govt our bodies can't be overemphasized. it truly is our nice excitement to carry the 1st overseas Workshop on - vanced net providers and purposes (AISA) 2002. The workshop is aimed to supply a world discussion board to proportion new principles and examine leads to the realm of the record of workshop issues. less than the most subject matter “Advances in Int- internet prone and Applications”, the workshop issues contain QoS structure, reliability, protection, internet acceleration, reverse/proxy caching schemes, content material supply community, distributed/fault-tolerant structure, storage/backup so- tions, media and streaming server, switching expertise, and residential networking. we've got solicited papers on those subject matters and attracted paper submissions from technically popular organizations.

In this paper, we propose noble routing architecture to locate adequate resources for the computation on the Internet scale Inter-GRID distributed environments. Two major factors affecting the speed of GRID computing are communication latency and computational latency. Communication latency is defined as round-trip communication delay between the nodes which request a job and responds. This factor is especially important in the case that the given task is composed of small computational components whose time scale is comparable to the communication time scale.

A routing table is divided into two subtables according to the fault arrangements of all nodes around the current node. One subtable represents when all nodes around the current node are non–faulty and its size is 5 × 8 = 40 cells, where the first number is relevant to the direction of the former residence node and the second number is associated with the direction of a destination node. The other subtable describes when only one of all nodes around the current node gets faulty and its size is 4 × 8 = 32 cells.
